Use this form to set up a new EasyLink account. This account will allow you to use EasyLink faxing from Donovan Data Systems for the User ID you specify. If you use multiple DDS User IDs, you must establish a separate EasyLink account (ELN) for each Donovan Data Systems User ID. Each account can be associated with one and only one User ID. To request new accounts, submit a separate form for each account.
