Establish a New DDS EasyLink Account or Add to Existing Account

Use this form to set up a new EasyLink account. This account will allow you to use EasyLink faxing from DDS systems for the DDS User ID you specify. If you use multiple DDS User IDs, you must establish a separate Easylink account (ELN) for each DDS User ID. Each account can be associated with one and only one User ID. To request new accounts, submit a separate form for each account.
