Intercept fax feature

EasyLink knows how busy you are and how costly it is to research undelivered faxes. Now you have a cost effective alternative and you only pay when the fax gets delivered!

Here's how it works:

  • If your user ID is set up to use Intercept any fax that fails to be delivered by the normal re-try methods, will be sent to a customer support representative to review.
  • The customer support representative will try other manual methods to get a viable fax number to deliver the fax. They will check your profile to see how you want it handled. Some examples would be: Call me, Call the station, Call my assistant Jane.
