In addition, the Donovan Data Systems ETI program offers a way to monitor your EasyLink activity online with up-to-the-minute information on the status of each fax. EasyLink communicates back to Donovan Data Systems about each fax message and Donovan Data Systems posts that information to ETI so you can track the progress of your faxes. The ETI screen also provides the EasyLink ELN number that you need to call the EasyLink 800 service number . The ELN number appears under the "EZ#" column as an eight-digit number starting with '62'.
